After making their way to the desk:
Sam: -Walks up- Hi, may I speak with the manager of the Hotel please?
Manager: -Walks up- Hi, how can I help you?
Sam: Hi, my name is Sam Evans and this is my associate David Makin.
Manager: Yes, from the show. Celine has spoken with us. How may I help?

Sam: I was just wondering if we could get something published. It is the schedule for the Auditions we are starting.
David: We want people to know what is happening and when they are required to meet us and where.
Manager: Yes, just give me a copy of the schedule and we can post it.
David: Uhm, we don't have one exactly printed out but, we can do that right now vocally.
Manager: Okay. -Goes to open a document on his computer- Just explain.
Sam: -Looks at the schedule they set up and then tells him all the times they have selected as Auditions and recalls, allowing him to make a schedule-

10 minutes later:
Sam: And that is all the dates for now. Can I maybe get your e-mail to send you more dates that can be published?
Manager: Of course. -Goes to give him his card- Here you go.
Sam: -Nods- Thank you very much. Have a good day.
David: -Nods smiling and then walks away- Now that is done, we need to go get ready.
Sam: See you soon. -Chakes his hand quickly and then leaves to go up to his Villa-
