Sam: -Looks at him- Okay, so what I was thinking is maybe just balancing out our day so the auditioners and recalls are not all together.
David: Makes sense. Are we still going to do them every day?
Sam: I was thinking of actually seperating them days actually. And maybe ending Friday earlier because it's the weekend and it gets busy in here.
David: I've noticed. Think it's because they gamble on the weekend?
Sam: Yes. So I was thinking that we do half days of auditions on fridays.
David: And what about that afternoon?
Sam: I say we have a meeting over lunch and then we talk about recalls.
David: Makes sense.
Sam: In the afternoon on Fridays, we publish the list of recalls for that monday at 3 pm.
David: And what about Lima or New York Recalls?
Sam: I want to have reserved days for those.
David: Maybe I can recommend Monday and Wednesday?
Sam: Just the mornings.
David: Got it and what about Tuesdays and Thursdays?
Sam: Morning meetings to set up the recalls list? And then recalls in the afternoon?
David: How about Recalls all day thursday and auditions on tuesdays?
Sam: I like thday idea. So Recalls will be Monday and Wednesday mornings as well as all day Thursday. While auditions will be Monday and Wednesday afternoons as well as all day Tuesday and Friday Morning. And the Recall list will be published at 3 pm after a friday afternoon meeting.
David: That works for me.
Sam: -Smiles- Okay then so that is all I have to say. Now, I need to go get ready to go. How long?
David: After the desk, we have an hour.
Sam: Lets get going then. -Gets up smiling, happy to have things worked out so they are organized-
